I was kind of nervous about the early termination fee before signing up, since those things can feel sneaky. But they actually explained it clearly, so I felt okay with it. "Bills have been accurate"
I’ve been with Constellation for a while now, and the billing has been mostly right. I’m not someone who goes line by line every time, but I do a quick mental check against what I expected, and the charges have lined up well.

The only reason I’d give it 4 stars instead of 5 is that one bill took a little longer than usual to show up online. Once it did, the amount was still correct, so it wasn’t a big deal

"Decent service, but outage updates need work"
I usually don’t have many issues with the service, and when it’s working, it’s generally fine. But during the outage, the communication was really disappointing. There wasn’t a clear timeline, the updates came late, and I kept having to check on things myself. I get that outages happen, but better, more timely updates would’ve made the whole situation a lot less frustrating.

"Autopay has been easy so far"
We’ve been using autopay for a while now , and it’s been hassle free . The payment goes through when it’s supposed to , and I don’t really have to keep checking on it . The only thing I’d tweak is the reminder emails , since they can be a little vague sometimes . But we haven’t had any missed payments or surprise charges , so overall I’m happy with it

"Tough to Wait That Long for Help"
I’ve usually liked this brand and have stuck with them for a while, so this was frustrating. Customer service took forever to get back to me, and when they finally did, I had to explain the same issue twice. It wasn’t the worst experience ever, but it definitely made me question why I keep giving them the benefit of the doubt.

"I had a billing dispute with..."
I had a billing dispute with Constellation and was frustrated at first. The first response I got didn’t really clear anything up, so I ended up calling again and even looked around to see if other people had run into the same kind of issue.

The second person I talked to was much better. They actually took the time to review the charge, explained what was going on, and got it corrected. A few days later, I received the updated bill like they said I would.

It wasn’t perfect since it took a little back and forth, and I’m curious if others had a smoother experience, but I’ll give them credit for fixing it in the end. 4 stars from me.
